How do I know if I'm Confirmed for Camp?
Upon completing registration you'll receive a confirmation email with important camp information and a receipt of your purchase.

Can Teams attend?
Yes and they often do – in all of our camps. Teams will train as a team and be assigned a head coach from our staff along with an asst coach. We will consult with the team coach about strengths and weaknesses that they would like to be addressed. They will play as a team in our scrimmages against other teams. Team discounts are $25 per camper for groups of 11 or more.

Does my child need to bring his or her own water?
Water stations will be placed on the field and water will always be available for the campers during Training Session & Meals. However, we strongly encourage all our campers to bring their own water bottle.

What about roommate requests?
DUE TO COVID PROTOCOLS WE CAN NOT OFFER RESIDENTIAL/ OVERNIGHT CAMPS
The camp welcomes roommate requests and will attempt to accommodate the requests, but does not guarantee them. Rooming assignments are done one week prior to the start of a session. It is recommended that roommates send in their applications around the same time. Please make sure that your camper and his preferred roommate have written each other down on their respective registration forms. Don’t wait too long though, as your session may close.

What happens if my child is injured or sick during camp?
Qualified trainers will be on duty for the duration of all camps to care for minor injuries and illness. Parents or guardians will be contacted immediately if there is a serious injury or a child needs to leave camp early for a medical reason. Our athletic trainer will be available for questions on the first day of each camp and throughout the week.

What airport is best to fly into?
Tampa International Airport (TPA) in Tampa. It is approximately 15-20 minutes from campus.

Will my child be supervised in the dorms?
DUE TO COVID PROTOCOLS WE CAN NOT OFFER RESIDENTIAL/ OVERNIGHT CAMPS

Yes. Every camper will be assigned to a counselor. The ES Camp staff (including administrators, coaches, and counselors) will be staying on campus in the dorms as well.
